Shipping & Returns



If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products please notify us and we will respond to your concern immediately.


If any of your order is defective and/or has been damaged in shipping, please follow these guidelines:


  • Notify us of any damage within 24-hours of receiving your order.
  • Notification after 24-hours voids any replacement guarantee.
  • Any and all defects must be reported to Ma’s Italian Biscotti within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Ma’s is not responsible after 24 hours.
  • Either call us directly at 603-845-3303 or send e-mail inquiry to sales@MasItalianBiscotti.com.
  • Include your order number, the date ordered, your full name, shipping address  and e-mail address used to order.  You will find these on your printed invoice as  well as the order confirmation email that was sent to you.


We will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction however we must  follow these guidelines.
