How we got started?
When I was a little girl, I always baked with my Nonis, Fisina Lauria and Concetta Pepicelli as well as my mother. Together we baked many Italian cookies and pastries. As I got older, I continued the tradition during the holidays and family gatherings, baking various Italian specialties. I am now living in a small town in southern New Hampshire with my husband and two children.
My friends and family especially love my biscotti. My children are my best critics. Their favorite is the rich Chocolate Chip Biscotti. I begin with an all butter recipe resulting with softer and more flavorful Biscotti. The flavoring ingredients added to the basic recipe give each variety a delicious twist. They have the best taste and flavor that make these Biscotti one “above the rest”.
